I'm not sure if it might be a spoiler, but just in case, I'll put the "solution" in spoiler tags.

Click to reveal..
Just drag and drop a person on the little box to the side of the computer on the left. If the light is red on that box, the internet is out, and the person will begin to fix the router. If it shows a green light, the internet is fine.
