In that case, you can't know exactly, but you can get close. They age 1 year every 2 hours, so if you know how old they were the night before, you can figure out how old they were when you open the game again.
Not sure if this is the right place, but if I can make a suggestion about ageing? If it didn't mess with the time zone thing, I'd like a slow option like you can do in the VV games so they age slower. Thanks.
