That's a picture of the family tree in the second generation. The couple at the top are the first generation, with their children, and the couple under that is the second generation, with their children. The line going from the child at the top to the man in the second couple shows the child who was chosen to inherit the house.

I renamed all of my families to match my real life families and then some since I only have three boys. My virtual family had six kids. 3 boys and 3 girls. Their first kids were twin boys.

I don't understand your question. Is it why your family only has boy babies? I could probably help if you ask the question clearly.
