hi mim just starting out in the game trying to make more greenfin spotanus and i can't make any twin fin spotanus... for that matter there seems to be no way of making anything twinfin as i only have 1 twinfin shark do i have to find out the pairs which don't lose the twinfin when i breed them or is there an easier way??/

According to my data, these are the breeds that give twin-fin variants:

Twin-Fin + Twin-Fin (big suprise there)

To be honest, the twin-fin and the spotanus both appear to be types that cannot be bred without having the original fish/fin first. A speckled+flagged or speckled+finless would both yield a greenfin if you didn't want to wait for a twin-fin.

Yes, you will need to buy some eggs to get a twin-fin. It is my understanding that there are two fish types and two fin types that can only come from eggs.
