When the kids are studying, does that actually do anything? Do they get a higher level on their career later on?

I haven't anyone old enough to find out the answer yet, but I would think it relates to how hard they will work at their career, so I have been praising the ones studying and taking on-line tests. One of my 15 year olds loves to study in the kitchen. Probably so he can be closer to the fridge!
