Is anyone has grown up kids? over 18. What are they will do then? and how they will lives in the house?

They go off to college. When all the kids are gone...if you like you can start another generation in the house by choosing one of the kids to move back in.

I haven't gotten that far yet, so I don't know what happens to the parents. I believe the guide said that they move out to make room for the next generation.

well I'm sitting pretty with 2 53 yr olds not going anywhere... so I'm thinking 'making room' means not living anymore, cause they've been on their own for 3 of there years now and there is still no option to have a kid take over the house.

They might be 18 and still at home, but they'll leave before they're 19.

my oldest 2 moved out now i got another 18 yr old. i still got 4 at home for now! after the first 2 moved out, i thought hey there is 2 beds open now and tried to get them to have another but they still said they had enough kids!

The game guid states something along the lines that if one parent dies and there is a child or children old enough to take over the house there will be a clickable in the "Family" section that will let you choose who gets to take over the house.

Esther - I think there is a limit of 6 children on the family, as there are only six beds in the kids room. If the older ones come home for a visit where would they sleep if you didn't have a bed open for them?
