Is it like virtual villagers? Like a day to them is like an our to us? Or do they live the same time as we do?...I noticed on the opitions there is no normal,fast,pause button.

It runs at the same speed as the Virtual Villagers games (normal speed). Two of our hours is one year to them. There are no other speeds.
