I just purchased Virtual Family. I have downloaded the "try" one and now want to download it completely, however, I cannot find where to do it from. I just got a new computer and am not familiar with all the gadgets yet. Any help will do. I did receive an order number and receipt.

If you have your activation code, you can download the Windows version from here, install it by double-clicking the downloaded file, then launch the game and select the "Unlock" button. You'll see a pop-up window where you can enter your activation information.

Thank you. I have installed the "try" but everytime I try to open it, a screen pops up and says "not connected to the internet". The game does come up, tho. And when I close out of the game, the internet comes up on the "Virtual Family" site. Maybe my computer has ghosts !!

Oh my goodness...it says it's going to take 16 hours to download it !! I have a very slow connection. Guess I'll wait until I go into town to do it. Thanks again for the help.
