Congratulations!! I just adore my first set of twin girls too. I just don't know how to do screen shots, darn it!
For screenshots: ctrl + prt sc. after you do that open paint and paste. That will show the picture you just took. unless you are on a laptop then it more then likely will be fn (function) + prt sc
