Would it be possible to make a fix to better the sleeping/energy problem?

I honestly like this game a lot, but I realise that this sleeping problem is a major when.

Now, whenever I enter the game, if I see they're tired or exhausted (9 times on 10), I just shut the game down as it is annoying me.

Believe me I tried everything and I can get them rested at the condition that I spend my time doing just that.

Any chance to get a fix on this?? Pretty pretty pleeease
