My adoptee won't go to bed! She is "not feeling fresh" and her energy level is low but she refuses to go to bed! Help!

Not feeling fresh means she needs a shower. Drag her to the slower to see if that helps.

Let her take a shower to clean up, and maybe she'll feel more like going to bed.

Ahhh thanks guys!! She is now sleeping soundly!! Unfortunately her husband is "a bit sick" and won't sleep either....*sigh*

My family is exhausted! I kept trying to get Icona, the little 2 yr. old girl, to bed and she kept walking away to go do something else. I was SO relieved to see the Dad call her to bed, and she went obediently. Then I put the parents to bed.

I had to snap this picture because I could relax for a minute myself...I felt so relieved!:



But this rest only lasted a few minutes, then they were all up again. Grrr!

I think that looking into some different meals/foods will help!! But I don't know how to help my sick guy

You can also look in the store for chamomile drinks.

I tried the chamomile drinks... I only found them to make the guy exhausted... and then he still only sleeps to the point where he's just above being tired.

My peeps seem to do their best sleeping, at night when I have shut down the game.

I found that if you go back into the game while its still night-time they don't get any rest, but if you wait 'til morning and start the game back up like knksmiles said, you'll fin they've slept pretty well
