I did a search and I couldn't find anything about this. I was wondering how old the kids are when they grow up and move out?

Thanks smile

I could be wrong, as it's not happened for me get but 18 rings a bell, I think I read it in the game guide.

The guide says "about 18" I think. Certainly, the oldest girl in my family was 18 for quite a while before she went off to college.

they really send emails? That's so awesome, the emails, all of them are my favorite part of the game! smile Even the silly SPAM emails are funny to me.

So they leave the house around 18+?

If this is not a spoiler further to the title of the thread, who lives in the house after the last kid leaves? Just their parents? And if so, how old can the Mother have children to?

The house and all of its repairs and upgrades passes to the next generation. When the house can be passed, the family screen will have a button at the top. You can choose which child to inherit, and start a family with them.

Thank you, but you have to choose? Lucky I only have two kids so far. Imagine trying to pick from six kids. laugh

I have one family that has to have more kids. The two in it spend all of their time watching TV, and don't do any of the cute things. I need more choices laugh

You'll have to blind fold yourself and point at the family tree when the time comes. laugh

I'm trying to make more kids too knksmiles, but my parents are more focused on work!

Well if you get to choose a kid to start a family with after the parents pass away, what if the kid you choose is already like 40? If you don't start a family with a kid until they are this old, then you probably have a lot less time...

The children are always about the same age as your original adoptee when you transition to a new generation. smile

Yes. It doesn't matter how long the parents live, the kids will be somewhere around their 20s when you get the chance to choose one of them.

Today when I checked a few of the children were 15 and helped put the groceries away. I guess at 14 or so they start helping with the household chores (more than picking weeds and collectables)
