Does it matter what order you breed fish in? In other words, if Fish A + Fish B = Fish C, do I have to put Fish A in the isolation tank and then put in Fish B, or can I put Fish B in iso, then add Fish A? Does it matter which fish is getting pregnant?

As far as I can tell, the order you put them into the isolation tank does not make a difference. Certain combinations lead to certain results, order does not matter.

In my experience, anyway.
