ok i bought it yesterday, and used the key then i had to re-download it and used it again, my question is could i use it to download it onto my laptop or is there a limit to how many times u can use it?

As long as the laptop is in the same household, you can use the same key to activate the game again.

i have it on my desktop but it wont let me do it on my labtop i tried so many times with the right code and name and it still doesnt work it worked on the desktop right away

Did you copy the code as well as the exact name that goes with the code? They have to match exactly.

and they are in the same house and everything

is it possible that the code is broken now or something if thats possible because i really dont no any other way why it wouldnt work

Are you sure that you copied the code for Virtual Families and not another LDW game? If the activation information worked on one computer, it should work on the other.

ya cause i put them in different files for each game like i have a vv3 one a vf one and another game

Are you sure that you copied them into the file correctly? Perhaps you should check the original email to be sure.
