Unfortunatly I am on dial up. I have tried 3 times to get this. I looked at it once when had access to high speed. But then tried for a 4th time and got this response.

Thank goodness I did not have to pay an extra amount. So you can only look at it a few times?

Unfortunately, the guide is just over 4 MB in size, and that could be why you had problems downloading it over dial-up. Once you have the guide downloaded to your computer, you may view it an unlimited number of times.

To prevent abuse, the download links provided by Plimus (our e-commerce partner) do stop working after a set number of downloads and/or a certain time has elapsed. I will be updating our Support FAQ throughout the day today, and I'll make sure to get that question in there this morning. Please check later today for procedures on how to get the copy of the guide that you're entitled to. You may want to make sure that you have access to a good connection before trying to download it again.

Yes, make sure you save the guide to your computer, rather than opening it online. Some people's computers are configured to open the pdf automatically, rather than ask. If so use "Save Copy As" from the Adobe Reader menu to save it to your hard drive.

You can make sure that you save the file rather than open it if you right-click on the link in your browser and choose "Save Target As" or similar from the context menu.

We have now repackaged the guide into a zip file, so that it must be downloaded to be viewed.
