I just read the message from Arthur about a new 1.001 version, I bought VF yesterday, and I have the 1.0000 vesion.
I cannot download the new version from the link in the mail, it says :

Cannot download


This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.


I downloaded it once.... help please ! I would like the new version !

I got mine from the actual website, the link that says, try it and downloaded it that way. You are just downloading on top of the one you already have so it should work
I hope that makes sense.

Go to this page and click the try now button. It will say 00 version, but it's 01. Once you've downloaded it, run it, and make sure when you open VF that the menu has 1.00.01 on it. After that, you are good to go!

Calm down. I assume you've actually bought the game, correct?

If so, just try closing the trial window and opening VF. If that doesn't work, try inputting your activation key again in the trial window.

Oh yes, I forget to mention I had to re-enter my key thingy but I just copied it over from the original email

I have a mac version, and I cannot enter a "key thing"

I did that ! Thanks Xay, I received an automatic message saying I would have an answer in the 24 hours......
no more registered game for 24 hours, no more possibilities for 24 hours to buy something in the store for my little persons....

My little 8 years old boy is sick, and I cannot buy medecine in the store because of the trial version....
I am very sad.....

You should just go back to playing 1.00.00 until you get the link to the full version. The fixes that are in the update primarily affect the second generation and beyond, and you won't need them right away.

I get a response, Plimus says :
"We are forwarding it to the Vendor and copying the Customer on this email so that this matter can be taken care of.
We ask that the customer please allow up to 2 business days for the Vendor to respond."
I am sad, I bought the game first day, I am not able to play, and perhaps I have to wait 2 days more.
Could you do something for me ? I love this game ! As all LDW games !
