Thanks for this post. My pump had been sitting by the bath since yesterday evening. After reading your post I finally have it working. I had to put both of them on the bath about four times before they'd fix it though.

Why is it the simplest answer is always the right one? It never even occurred to me to have to do what was necessary to get the job done, done. Does that make sense? thanks for you help everyone
