Hi everyone. I hate for my first post here to make me sound really silly..... BUT...... (isn't there always a *but* hehehe).... I just downloaded VF. I paid with PayPal and the payment went through with no problem and I've received a receipt for it.

What I don't have is an activation code. At least it wasn't in the emails I received. What do I have to do to get my code?

I did too and it took about 10 mins before the emails came through, I got 3 and on one of them was the activation code. They may not have come through for you yet.

Hmmmm.... it's been over an hour ago. I didn't want to start playing just to have it turn off at the hour mark. I'm just a tad obsessive about some games. lolol Westward and VV series are my top two vices. I could spend days on these with no problem playing over and over....

Check your spam folders/bulk mail folders. If you still haven't received it, get with Barbara, Carla or Arthur.

Oh I know that feeling, I have the Westward games and VV ones too. I would suggest contacting them? I think there is a contact email or something around, I think in another part of the site is a technical issues forum, you could try there.

I am sad to leave my little people now, but sadly I have to go to work. Hope you get your code!!

Thank you both for your help! You were right Xay. The email with the key went to spam. This is really strange though.... the other email from the exact same address went to my inbox. I wonder why?

Many spam filters don't simply filter by email address, but by content. So, something in the email set off your spam filter.

I got my receipt and strategy guide, but did not get any activation code. It says in the email about the strategy guide to keep the email because I will need the code, but there is no code in the email.

Check the receipt for the activation code. The code that the strategy guide email mentions is the order number, I believe.

I have tried every number or letter/number combination in the receipt email and the strategy guide email, and none of them work. :-( I sent an email to support, but nothing.

Check your spam to make sure you didn't miss an email. I received 3 emails total.

It is not in my spam folder either! I only got 2 emails. My poor people! They just had a baby when my hour trial was up! I hope they are okay with the newborn while i figure this out!
