Anyone can suggest me how to increase the parenting skill besides making babies(embracing) & telling story??
this is the only skill i left for the Jack of All Trades...

Those are the two ways to increase parenting skill. Even elderly villagers can increase their parenting skills, so it doesn't matter if they can't produce a baby - you can still have them "kiss" and their parenting skill will increase.
