It will be released. That I am sure of. LDW wouldn't promise us a game and not deliver. If memory serves me correctly, the meter bar should go to 95%. There was once a statement made about the bar going to 95% that I wanted to quote but the Search feature keeps telling me nothing to display so I will leave it out for now, unless I can find it later.
