If you have IE, you can set it to open it as another homepage tab.

It's only in IE7.

I use Firefox with a tab extension (TabMixPlus? - I can't remember, I'm at work at the moment) set so whenever I open it it always loads the half-dozen sites Ive named. I don't have the previews page set as one, but the LDW forum is!
