My people always are getting sick. I have finished the game and have level 3 medicine but always one person is sick.

115 people (the max population)to be sick so as long as you have sufficent food and the hospital built. Then just keep putting doctors on top of the sick people to heal them

I always get that most times, so I always make sure there is always I have a trained doctor at hand. That was when I had a full tribe before getting a new pc.
