As Barb has said, you can tell the difference with the Plant of Fertility from Isola, it seems to at least double the babies you get. With respect to the Plant of Curing, I hardly ever get any sick fish after I installed this plant. As far as the Aquatic Plant, this is almost imposable to tell how well it works, unless you play a game with out it. I'm assuming you would not get the fish you need from purchased eggs as well with out it.
