Every game is different. The decision about when to release information is a complicated one that depends on many factors. VV2's title was released when the game was over 90% complete. VV3's title was announced earlier than that, when the game was around 80%. Carla has said that the title of the new game would be announced soon, and it will be (and it's not LDW Tycoon!).
