Greetings,

The title should say it all. I know that eating can bring the health bars up, but does the garden do anything? Or is it misnamed? :P

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. At least I haven't seen it do anything. Or maybe it helps to keep sickness away. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

I suppose that you're speaking of the blossom garden at the east of the village. It will be useful later to solve another puzzle! wink

Oh! and it's very useful for all the kids, it's where they go when "nature is calling"!! laugh

LOL Yes, I've seen the "Nature is calling" thing many times. smile

Aside from other puzzles and such, I was really wondering if anyone knew if the garden actually had any health benefits.

Eating definitely does, and so does exercising and relaxing. I've seen benefits from many of the more advanced behaviors; they seem to bring health bars up.

Does anyone know what triggers the health bars to go down in the first place? It seems to be partly determined by an inherent constitution; I once had a villager that was always either weakened or just barely healthy even when I let him do whatever he wanted.

Aside from the puzzle...
When I have someone who is weakened, I put them in the garden. They are not healed, but they go for a long walk. This takes time away from any stressful job, which allows them to get better. (Of course, I interchange doing that and having them eat and drink. So it's possibly a good combination of both.) smile

EDIT: They get weakened when they are hungry too long, sick too long, and when certain events happen.

Scientist and builders can also hurt themselves while working.
