You need adept farmers, not builders.
If you get 3 adept farmers, let the chief start, and put the farmers onto the fire one by one.

Doesn't matter, another Chief may do it later. Put all your villager trying the robe, you'll get a new chief!
Except if it's a nursing mother or her baby, here you must wait !
