I just realised that it is two games in progress the one at the top is new and the 2 below is VV4. I got mixed up with the two games

I was thinking that it could be hotel tycoon and the one that looks like a bathroom as it shows a toilet roll, so therefore could be a bathroom. I can just imagin little villagers paying for rooms at a hotel reception, like they do in fish tycoon or plant tycoon. Or something intirly different.
