Ok, until VS comes out for MobilPC, you have to run VS using StyleTap on the Mobil PC platform. At this point I have downloaded StyleTap and have Installed VS on my iPAQ hx2400 series. It has a Intel pxa270 processor running at 520MHz.

At this point it does not seem to be running any slower as compared to my old Treo 600, the only issue thus far is redrawing of the screen. My peeps leave a trail of while they walk. This seems to be only while they are traveling vertically. When they travel horizontally, there is no trail.
