I've got several tribes going. One is all female. Another is all male. How to I conjure up a needed M or F, bring one down the waterfall, get a pregnant F in the All-F tribe to have a boy, or is there a way to switch a villager? Thanks!

All you can do is hope for an event that brings a boy or girl.
There are 3 for boys: Savage boy, crate of babies, and the couple falling down the waterfall.
On the other hand, there are only 2 for girls: The crate of babies, and the couple falling down the waterfall.
