I stopped playing my game 2 months ago, when I returned I still have the same number of people but what happened was the houses, the keys, the rubble area, the bath, the roster, the lab to be short almost all of what I already achieved has reseted:| how can this happen?? now I have to do the stuff all over again.

I have problem, I have the second level and no plant to finish puzzle 11. I have 3 trees produceing fruit 2 bannnas and 1 other type. What am I missing.
