I have sent an email and also a private message but have not heard back from anybody at LDW! I need to get the update for the mac version but no longer have my order reference number. I have started playing again and am stuck at the statue at the top of the hill. Can anybody help?!?!?!?

While you're waiting, the advice in this topic or this answer in our Support FAQ will help you start work on the statue again. The statue puzzle is solvable in all versions of VV3, but it's a little more difficult before 1.00.04.
