I was at bigfishgames and found the game My Tribe.
Its real-time, about a island and even have potions. Even ranks such as Trainne scientest, and many same puzzles, techknoldgey!

I got an email from Reflixive addvertising a new game called My Tribe, is that the one every one is talking about?

Yes, it is!

I downloaded the free trial and it is very much like Virtual Villagers. VVs is much better, better graphics, music, just about everything. The only thing I liked from My Tribe is that you don't have to wait four hours for the baby to start running around and kids swim. This new game doesn't come close to the quality of the Virtual Villagers games.

There are other locked forums on the merits of both. I think people need to make up their minds about the game whether its game play, graphics, loyalty to LDW.

I have the game like others on this forum and all was going well until the whole thing crashed and deleted the whole tribe after finally getting somewhere. Many people have also accidentally deleted tribes because it is not as user friendly (personal opinion). So compared to the overall LDW quality and debugging etc, I know what gets my vote!

I think a protest thread is going a bit far though.

If you want people to try VV you need to be willing to give my tibe a shot.
