Is there any possible way to get more than one runner?

The only way to get runners is by luck. Unfortunate, I know!!! It is possible (I once had 3 runners in an 8 person tribe), so just cross your fingers!!!

One thing i hate about VV is that a son of a runner can't inherit the trait!

As others have said, it's totally by luck. Either a child is born with a liking for running, or an event happens that turns them into a runner.

I've had several runners in the same tribe in the past, so there's no limit on the number of runners. In one tribe I had five all at once. Two were born runners, one had an event happen to her that turned her into a runner, then I had an event that made two clones of one of the original runners appear.

I expect others will come along to report even more runners in the same tribe.

i always keep stating over on my tribe at the beginning till i get at least one runner and make it a builder for faster puzzle's

We can get villagers that walk into runners by island events like clones or skinny legs. But a runner is best to which TYPE OF WORK ? I think farming or building, as scientists and healers won't walk much. But is real that the baby of runners hate running ? I had a whole generation of runners

I think I'm so lucky to have a whole generation of runners. I asked which job would be best for them ?

I'd say farming, since it requires the most running.

But I thought that building also is good. The runners are good to both as I think.

Children normally run in childhood, But those who hate running walk like old grandmas/grandpas.
They are good for nothing, as I use children to gather herbs,
Collect mushrooms and collectibles as fast as possible.

I just got my first runner! A lil' girl! I'm soooo happy! She's definetly a Builder.
