My computer crashed and I need to re-download the game but I lost the reg code with the crash. I went to the support page and asked for a new code and what got back from Plimus was the link to the download page. No instruction on getting a new reg code.

HELP???

You can obtain a replacement key by following the procedure in this answer in our Support FAQ. For obvious reasons, we cannot provide registration codes on the forums.

Yeah I did that along with a copy of the entry on my statement and I got the response mentioned above. I will try again.

What sort of computer do you have? If it's a Mac you don't get a registration code, you just need to re-download the game. You only need a code if it's a Windows version.

I assumed from the original post that it's the Windows version, since reference was made to losing the reg code.

I'm assuming the 1378... number is the order number
