Yeah, they don’t listen worth poop! They’ll tell me, “Trying to push bolder.” I always inform them, in a nice sort of way (at first), well why don’t you try and do some research, you big DORK?! Or they will tell me they are bored. Again I’ll tell them, then do some work you lazy bum! Maybe I need to try some reverse psychology or something. I even try and give them some pep talk, and even quote Napoleon Dynamite and tell them, “everyone has to have a skill, numb chuck skills, drawling skills, research skills, building skills, harvesting skills. I even give them positive reinforcement and say, Sweeeeet skills! But I don’t think they get it.
