I have been playing VV2 off and on since its inception, (not going to go into why I was on hiatus, lets just say there were some downloading issues due to who I initially purchased the game from). Anywho, I cannot seem to solve puzzle #5, which is suppose to give mastery medical skills I think. Now based on the tips given on this site I am suposed to keep a villager studying a plant until it say masters it. So I will sit there and keep dropping a villager on a plant, BUT... it NEVER says masters that particular plant. it will only says this villager has improved. I have solved all the puzzles but this one, even practically filled up my collections, but this one puzzle still eludes me. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?????

If you see a message that your villager has improved, then they have already mastered that plant. You should move on to the next plant at that point. There are several very helpful resources in the VV2 Guides if you're having trouble locating all of the plants.

Well see thats the problem, I have sat there and taken a villager to all I think 6 plants for 30 minutes one time, and it only says improved, according to the VV2 guide, its suppose to say master and that how that puzzle is solved. But thats not what I am getting. HELP!!!!

The very first time a villager succeeds at "Studying strange plant" for each of the 6 plants, you will see a message "Your villagers now understand this herb." Every time you drop them on a given plant after that first time, they will gain healing skill if they are successful. If that puzzle is not complete, you have most likely missed one of the plants.

Did you check the herb locations map to make sure you haven't overlooked one of the 6 plants?
