Did you do what they say in the Support-FAQs that LadyCFII told you?
As: " In order to obtain a replacement key, you will need to complete and submit our Support Form (select the "No" response, below) and provide your name, the title of the game that you purchased, the place and date of your purchase, and your order number. Once we verify your purchase details, we will issue a replacement code. You will usually receive a response to your support request within 48 hours."
