LDW games kind of provide a unique issue. They're definitely not broke & don't need fixing, yet I always have this nagging NEED for more. But on the other hand, playing the same game over & over again can only be done so many times. So I almost want to ask if they will ever release a Fish Tycoon 2 but then I feel kind of bad for doing that since the original is so perfect. Psychoanalyze that.
But really, does anyone know if they've ever considered it? Or mentioned anything like maybe that they will not consider it?

Yes, I think they might create a sequel to fish tycoon. It might even be the mystery game on the previews page that you have seen. Since lots of people want a sequel to it, LDW definitely has it in mind, whether they do it sooner or later or even at all, I am sure they are thinking about it.

LDW won't answer such a question. Whatever the game that is currently in development, they won't announce what it is until they are ready. Similarly, they won't ever confirm or deny that a game or new version is even contemplated.

Arnie is correct. King Arthur and his court are notoriously close mouthed about what they are or aren't planning. While many of us "suspect" that there will be a sequel to FT; PT and (hopefully) a VV4, it remains pure speculation on our part.

None of us has yet figured out exactly what spell; bribe or trickery will unseal their lips. That DOESN'T mean we won't keep searching!

I hope the secret game is FT2 - I love FT so much - but really need new goals...

i would love to see a fish called a puffer fish put into the game if a sequal is made.i love puffer fish.

There is a puffer fish in the Nintendo DS version of Fish Tycoon.

I am playing FT for like the 30th time!! I want FT2 or PT2 either one and I will be sooooo happy!!!
