I see nothing on their site that definitively says their 'deluxe' version is any different from the normal game - no additional features listed, no version number listed. Every description of the game and it's features, including the number of puzzles, seems identical to VV3 as sold here. Even the 'deluxe' corner-tab shown on the main-menu screen is obviously edited, for a screenshot elsewhere shows the main menu that I know, with no visible changes.
I think this is a case of false advertising.
