I bought VV3 when it first came out and my computer crashed and i had to redo my computer now i cant find where i bought it on here any suggestions?

If you're using Windows, all you need to do is download the free demo of VV3 from our Virtual Villagers site (www.virtualvillagers.com) and enter your registration code. If you lost that information when your computer crashed, there is some very good help for that situation in this answer in our Support FAQ.

Do you remember, when you began to play, which pages were at first. If there is only the LDW's one (the big )that means you bought it directly at LDW. If there is 2nd page with another logo, it's on this one you bought it. I hope you may remember it!

Did you do what they say in the Support-FAQs that LadyCFII told you?
As: " In order to obtain a replacement key, you will need to complete and submit our Support Form (select the "No" response, below) and provide your name, the title of the game that you purchased, the place and date of your purchase, and your order number. Once we verify your purchase details, we will issue a replacement code. You will usually receive a response to your support request within 48 hours."

It's also important to make sure that have allowed email from ldw.com and that you check junk and spam folders, since a lot of email providers put email from LDW into those folders, rather than your inbox.

I cant find the original receipt. I hope they help me i waited all that time to buy it and my computer crashed and i had to redo it. Can i make a backup disc for the next time?

It's very easy to back up the game's setup file to a CD. For Windows, you can follow the instructions in this answer in our Support FAQ.
