Did you add png or did you just remove the numbers? And, did you look in this thread for installation instructions? At which step are you having trouble? Saving the mod to a file? Copying the file to images? Launching the game with the mod? Are there any changes to the game when you launch or is it just as it was before you tried to install the mod?

I know that's a bunch of questions but it may be easier to help knowing just where the problem is \:\)
