I accidentally dropped my chief on the fire and she started weather dancing. What does this do?

Weather dancing is when you gather your chief and three master farmers. They wil dance and it will begin raining! Very Useful if you need a fruit from the tree and have the lift!

It work also with the chief and 3 adept farmers. And the level 2 of Leadership.
As soon as I have 3 adept farmers, I put every body on the fire (even if only the farmers succeed to make raining) because it's so funny to see them dancing!!
