Unfortunately, the Island Events are largely random. They are supposed to be a little biased toward "friendliness" when things are going badly in a game, but there's no guarantee.

I am having problems with my Village Sim Editor, I never had problems before until I started using the new beta one, I get a error code, when I try to edit a sim, it says error 10: subscript out of bounds. I have the new village sims also 1.1 version. Please help me with my problem. Thanks........Buny

Hi, Buny. The Village Sim Editor was not developed by LDW, nor is it supported by LDW. It was written by a fan of the game, and any support for it would have to come from him.

I wrote to him and he says he is not doing an update. It was a life saver for me since mine seem to starve before I can get the fishing part available. That's why I like Plant Tycoon, I can do that. lol.....
