Besides creating food, healing the sick, teaching the children, finding rare collectiables, I like my Chief to perform Blessings of unions (Marriage) and bless the infants. Yes, I know that this isn't part of the game, but the tribe I come from, these are amoung the duties of the Tribal leaders. What I did here was have the Cheif "lecture" then remove all but the nursing mums. But a dad decided to hang around anyway.
