When my dad bought VV3 direct from LDW, we checked the 2 boxes which corresponds to VV1 and 2, it says that we would get a CD only if we check the check boxes. We received the e-mail saying that we would receive promotional trials for the two games, there was link saying download for full version, when we clicked it the window said the it was expired. What is a promotional trial? and would we ever get a cd?

Please try to understand my question, I can't construct very good questions.
