I don't think you get any food or tech point reward for awards...just the award itself is the reward, knowing that you achieved a particular goal.

Collecting mushrooms, making potions and collectibles are always my last...I don't know why...I just seem to focus on puzzles, Esteemed Elders and fashion \:D , I'm always changing their clothes \:\? , I know.
