I just pai for the full version of the game using my debit card... however, I never received an email or anything for the full version. I didn't get a key or anything... whats going on ?!?!

I bought the game from this website and for windows (pc). My girlfriend actually paid for it with her debit card. We just ordered the game today... and it was supposed to be downloadable... however, we weren't able to download or anything. And like I said before we didn't get an email, key, or anything... yet the order went through.

No I didn't receive it through my hotmail account either... however, I did receive the email from the forumn when I registered. I also checked the filters and spam blockers for both my account and my girlfriend's... and that isn't the problem.
