There is a post that contains a 'skeleton' spreadsheet
in the Spoilers thread of the Fish Tycoon Guide (below). The grids in the spreadsheet list all of the fin and body types, but aren't filled in with the breeding combinations. You can find the names you're missing there, without spoiling the game for you.
