Yes. So if you like having the tribal chief be a desendant of your current chief. It doesn't matter becuase male and female chiefs can have kids.

She can only make food though, not teach nor direct work or get firewood.

Female chiefs can have babies, but like MickyTeddy said, she won't be able to do as much in her role as chief.

I would recommend that if you want your female chief to have babies, maybe just stick to one or two
