My (Simple) Guess:
around the start of 08/10=50%
around the end of 08/10=60%
middle-late of 08/11=70%
around the middle of 08/12=80%
around the start of 09/01=90%
around the very end of 09/01=GAME DONE(near Chinese new year!!

My other guess:
You can see before its 38 days, but then 15 and 17 days, so 10% (after)should be only 14-20 days. That could make the game released xmas, or new year. But, anything could happen...
